Account Executive
Job Description:
The Idaho Horsemen Football Club is looking for highly energetic, driven, and motivated individuals who have a passion for sports and are willing to learn the ticket sales process .
As a member of our hard working Ticket Sales Team you will:
- Participate in our Sales Training Program; Idaho Horsemen Training Camp
- Help grow our Fan base by identifying and facilitating new ticket sales
- Generate ticket sales revenue through lead generation and qualifying prospects
- Generate contacts through both inside and outside sales networking opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships through excellent customer service
- Assist with Game day duties, as required
- Maintain computerized records of all clients and prospects via ticketing software; and,
- Provide support during special events and promotions, as required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional attitude
- Desire to work in sports
- Excellent command of the English language, with superior communication skills, both written and oral
- Outstanding telephone skills exemplifying enthusiasm, confidence, & excitement
- Ability to work well on a team and independently
- Ability to develop a conversation into a sale
- Strong time-management and organizational skills (multi-tasking a must!)
- Self-motivated with a positive friendly attitude
- Knowledge of CRM is preferred.
- Grade 12 required; diploma or degree an asset
- Because working during games and special events is expected, the individual must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
HOW MUCH WILL YOU MAKE?
You’ll start on commissions, which could lead into base plus commission. Total compensation will approximately between $26,000 to $40,000+/year depending on sales volume. We would like for you to make at least 30% more in your second season and another 30% in your third season.

Equipment Manager (Volunteer)
Job Description:
- Practice set-up and break down on a daily basis
- Managers will work with coaches during practice to help set-up and execute the drills
- Managers will be asked to process laundry daily
- Managers will properly fit and maintain equipment such as helmets and shoulder pads
- Managers will properly maintain an accurate inventory on a daily basis
- Managers will be required to help with locker room set-up for all home games
- Managers will perform game day duties that will be specified by the Operations manager
- Equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Ensure proper storage of equipment

DANCE TEAM COACH

Essential Information
Our dance coach is a leader and mentor of competitive dancers, often with a high school, college, or professional experience. These professionals choreograph unique routines and teach them to dance team members, observing their performance and providing suggestions for refinement.
Job Description for a Dance Coach
Dance coaches must be capable of teaching dancers in a variety of methods, from demonstration to verbal direction. Dance coach should show concern for physical well-being of the dancers. This is a seasonal position.
Dance Coach Duties
In addition to choreographing and teaching routines, a dance coach must monitor the progress of his or her team and vary instruction to meet the needs of individual members. Additionally, a dance coach typically supervises auditions for new team members. He or she also might need to replace dancers if they're unable to complete routines as required. The dance coach usually arranges community outings and game day performance.
Requirements for Dance Coaches
A dance coach must have a strong background in the performing arts, including experience in hip hop, jazz, modern dance, and pom. Our dance coach also may be required to continue his or her professional development to maintain an understanding of current dance trends and techniques.
Additionally, a dance coach needs to be limber and able to present and follow choreography. He or she must be able to relate to younger dancers and be willing to listen to dancers' feedback. Dance coaches must be compliant with rules and regulations set by the Idaho Horsemen organization.
