PROCEDURE FOR FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS
1. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page with "Team Captain" & organization's Information and we will be in contact. Let us know your fundraising goals and how many participants.
2. Pick up or receive by mail your fundraising packet info. "Team Captain" will receive fundraising forms to share with potential purchasers.
3. Start selling (Send purchaser back to this page to make fundraising ticket purchase)
Partnering with the Horsemen will allow you to reach your fundraising goal while also helping the Horsemen bring awareness to our new team. It's a win-win partnership. Although we do not require your organization to guarantee sales, we do want to continue working with programs that are successful in their fundraising goals.
Members of your organization will be asked to sell individual game tickets. Each ticket sold online for $20, or $25 the organization will receive 20% of the net total after taxes and fees.
The Idaho Horsemen will produce the exact number of packets of your participants for distribution among your organization.
SALES PERIOD
Each fundraising campaign will be agreed upon prior to start date and after Team Captain receives fundraising material to distribute to participants. After all funds are received and deposited, the Fundraising organization will receive a check ON THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH written from Platinum Events & Security LLC / Idaho Horsemen Football Organization. .
