Welcome to the Posse!

Nampa, ID - We would like to announce that CoachCharles Howard will join the Horsemen's Front Office for the 2021 season. Coach Howard will bring his Rolodex of top players, his indoor knowledge, and experience to the Posse.

Coach Howard has spent time with the San Jose SaberCats and the Sacramento Mountain Lions as a player. He has also worked with other indoor football teams with the most recent being the newly formed Oakland Panthers of the Indoor Football League.

In the past Coach Howard has also worked as a player rep for the Spokane Shock, Calgary Stampeders, and the University of Montana.

Coach Howard will come on as the Horsemen's Southwest Regional Scout and also help obtain more community partnerships as an Account Executive!
